Riff Raff is a tribute band for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Five players in Brisbane, one obsession, and a four hour show built entirely from AC/DC. Riff Raff run through Thunderstruck, Hells Bells, Back in Black, TNT, Dirty Deeds, Whole Lotta Rosie, Highway to Hell, It's a Long Way to the Top and plenty more, and the running order is put together to keep people singing from the first song to the last. "Angus" spends most of the night off the stage and out among the crowd, which is where he belongs. Don't be surprised if a guest ends up on stage with Brian or Bon. They'll bring the PA and gear, or work with the venue on the best mix of sound and lighting. Live music fans get as much out of it as the AC/DC diehards do.
The show
Five players, one band's catalogue, and four hours of it. Riff Raff put the running order together so the singing starts with the first song and doesn't really stop, and it lands with general live music fans as much as with the AC/DC faithful. Expect "Angus" to spend a good part of the night on the dance floor instead of the stage, because keeping him up there is close to impossible. And don't be surprised if one of your guests ends up sharing vocals with "Brian or Bon", since he's happy to hand the microphone over to someone who knows the words.
On the day
They have a PA and all the gear if it's needed. Where the venue already has a rig, they're happy to talk it through with the venue and work out the best combination of sound and lighting for the room and the event. Either way it gets sorted between them, which is one less thing on your list.
