About
Divinyls Tribute Adelaide is a tribute band for hire in Adelaide, SA.
People forget how many hits The Divinyls actually had, and that's really what this Adelaide tribute show trades on. The lead vocalist doesn't do a straight impersonation of Chrissy Amphlett so much as bring her own presence to the songs, which is the harder and better option. Behind her the band play it hard and keep it moving. Expect the singles you'd expect, and a few you'd forgotten were theirs. Suited to venues, festivals and functions where the crowd grew up on Australian rock radio.
