About
ABBA Tribute Show is a tribute band for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
The Swedish four piece who became a pop sensation in 1972 get the full superband treatment here, reimagined for a modern stage rather than reproduced note for note. The thinking behind it is worth knowing. This Melbourne show is aiming at the way ABBA made a room feel as much as the way the records sounded, which is a slightly different job to a straight impersonation. White platforms are optional but they suit the occasion. Expect people up and dancing well before the end.
