About
80s Ladies And Icons is a tribute band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Three lead vocalists at the front, harmonising in three parts over a band called The Icons. The songbook belongs to the women who defined the era and the ones either side of it: Whitney Houston, Pat Benatar, Aretha Franklin, Blondie, Amy Winehouse, Olivia Newton-John, Renee Geyer, Tina Turner and Annie Lennox. Costuming is period-accurate and the between-song patter is funny on purpose. Book them as a vocal trio for a smaller room or with the full live band when the event can carry it. Corporate nights, weddings, venue bookings and celebrations all work. Legwarmers optional for guests, compulsory on stage.
