About
Ad Lib Swing Quartet is a swing band for hire in Port Macquarie, NSW.
Music associated with George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Glenn Miller shapes Ad Lib Swing Quartet's repertoire. Based in Port Macquarie, the group combines swing era favourites with later standards, adding Latin and blues selections. Horns, guitar and double bass support the vocals, with Peter Di Losa and Khristina Joy among the featured performers. The programme puts danceable jazz at its centre, drawing on the melodies and rhythmic feel of the swing tradition.
