About
Foxlane is a string ensemble for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
French lyrics, gypsy jazz guitar, violin and accordion. Foxlane Quartet take the influences of Django Reinhardt, Josephine Baker and Edith Piaf and mix in New Orleans, Manouche, jazz, bal-musette and chanson, so the result swings while still sounding like a memory of somewhere else. It's a good fit for a Brisbane wedding, a cocktail party or a corporate event that wants atmosphere rather than volume. Available anywhere from a duo up to a five piece.

The music was excellent – just perfect for mum’s French send-off. Please pass on our best regards to the Band. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and everyone loved the music in the church and afterwards at our ‘celebration’. Thanks againfrom all the family nMichelle.
