About
Noel Sheridan's Australiana is a storyteller for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Noel Sheridan presents Australian poetry, prose and song through comic character performance. His Brisbane show draws on writers including Henry Lawson, Banjo Paterson and C.J. Dennis, with a Dave Rudd character connecting stories and audience participation. Bush humour and familiar songs form part of the programme, which began as a Federation year event. Community celebrations, festivals and corporate occasions are among the settings for this theatrical take on Australian writing and storytelling.
