About
Linda Wood is a singer-songwriter for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Linda Wood is a Sydney singer and songwriter whose pop-based music draws on hip-hop, blues and jazz. Her background includes musical theatre and rock, soul and pop cover bands, which feed into a contemporary cabaret-style presentation. Storytelling and characterisation run through her original songs, with varied instrumentation supporting the vocals. Influences associated with jazz and classic pop sit alongside more contemporary songwriting in the sound and shape of her performances.
