About
Jessica Allen Music is a singer-songwriter for hire in Kiama, NSW.
Indie folk with a looper, some faithful covers, some renditions that go somewhere else entirely, and originals written from the heart. Jessica Allen builds the set around the room, so a small backyard gathering and a corporate function get different lists. Songs range across the 50s and 60s through to whatever's on the radio now, chosen to suit the crowd and the occasion. Full PA and lighting supplied if you need them. For weddings she can expand into a duo, a band or add a DJ. Based in Kiama on the New South Wales south coast. Public liability certificate available.
Watch
The show
The set list gets built for your night, not pulled off a shelf. Jessica looks at the room, the kind of event and who's actually going to be standing there, then chooses accordingly. A backyard afternoon and a corporate function get different songs, and that's the whole point.
On the day
If you need sound, she brings it. Full PA and lighting come along, so a bare room or a backyard is no trouble. And if the venue already has a system you'd rather use, say so when you enquire.
Performance options
For weddings she doesn't have to stay solo. The set can grow into a duo, a full band, or a DJ for the later part of the night, depending on how big the room is and how hard you want people dancing. Ask about the wedding options when you get in touch and she'll walk you through what each one actually sounds like.
