About
Billie-Jo Porter is a singer-songwriter for hire in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
Country songwriting meets Americana and indie folk in Billie-Jo Porter's music. The Coffs Harbour singer-songwriter grew up near Tamworth and later travelled through North America before returning to Australia to record. Her self-titled album, made with producer Shane Nicholson, pairs guitar driven songs with more reflective ballads. Tracks such as More Than Friends and Play It Cool explore romance, while other songs consider loss and everyday life. Her performance history includes country festivals and support appearances alongside Australian touring artists.
