About
Robbie Hunt is a singer for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Robbie Hunt turned up on The Voice, and these days he's a Sydney acoustic act with a guitar and a broad set. Upbeat songs, R&B, ballads, plus country, folk and pop, shaped around whatever the event needs. He'll come with his own set list and play it out for standard events, and for weddings he can take on as little or as much as you like, from one ceremony moment through to the music for the whole day and evening. He's happy to learn specific songs on request. He arrives half an hour to an hour early with a playlist ready to match the vibe, and can generally get by with a single power point.
Watch
The show
Robbie is there half an hour to an hour before you start, with a playlist already built around the vibe you've described and time enough to set up without rushing. He fits himself to the room rather than the other way round.
On the day
It shifts depending on the event and what you've asked him to cover, but one power point to plug into is usually the whole ask. He arrives half an hour to an hour ahead of the start time, so as long as that corner of the room is free by then, he'll be ready before your first guest is.
Performance options
For a standard event he brings his own set list and plays off it for as long as the night runs. Weddings work differently. He can take one small piece of the day or carry the whole thing, ceremony through to the evening, either following a playlist and a mood you hand him or covering specific moments you've picked out. Worth a conversation to work out which.
