The show
Easy company, basically. Pheonix Rose reads the mood of a room and shifts the set to match it, so a quiet afternoon and a rowdy night don't get the same songs. Setup runs about half an hour to 45 minutes and it's counted inside the booking, not billed on top. Outdoor events don't need anything special arranged, so a backyard or a deck works as well as a room does.
Performance options
Two hours is the standard minimum, though for something nearby she'll consider a shorter set, and bookings that run past three hours are on the table as well. She's flexible about the shape of it. Say what the event is, where it is and how long you want music, and she'll come back with what works.
