Three 55 minute cover sets, acoustic guitar, vocals and a bit of harmonica, with interlude music filling the breaks. Mitch Peters spent a decade playing venues and festivals up and down the East Coast and building his label and agency, Side Stare Music, before settling at Kandanga, twenty minutes south of Gympie. He's a regular at The Kandanga Hotel, 250 Grammi in Noosa and The Dolly and Oats in Gympie. The songs come from Neil Young, Paul Kelly, Norah Jones, Bob Dylan, Townes Van Zandt, Etta James, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Amy Winehouse, alongside newer material by SZA, Tame Impala, Bon Iver and The Paper Kites, plus a couple of his own. His PA carries clean sound from a cocktail lounge to an outdoor amphitheatre. Just needs an undercover spot and a power outlet.

The show

Acoustic guitar, vocals and some harmonica, running through covers old and new with a couple of Mitch's own songs worked in. Interlude music fills the breaks so the room doesn't drop into silence between sets. His PA is a good one, and it means the same act works in a small cocktail lounge or out in a large open amphitheatre without the sound falling apart at either end. It's a warm, unhurried kind of night rather than a big production.

On the day

An undercover area and a power outlet. Past that he's completely self-sufficient, so there's no gear to chase up and nothing to hire in. Being under cover is the one to check if you're planning something outside.

Performance options

Book by length: one hour, two hours or three, played as sets across the time. If your day needs the sets spread well apart rather than run back to back, that's workable, just mention it when you enquire so the timing gets planned in properly rather than sorted out on the day.
