About

Marty J is a singer for hire in Mansfield, VIC.

Thirty five years of bands and duos sit behind this one guitar and voice. Marty J has worked the full range in that time, from big concert crowds down to a restaurant marriage proposal, and he plays popular songs, blues, southern gospel and rock. The set lists get built around what you actually want. Background music through dinner is one job. A room on its feet by the third bracket is another, and he'll tell you which one he thinks your event needs. Expect Peaceful Easy Feeling, Ring of Fire, Still Got the Blues, Stand By Me and Fall At Your Feet somewhere in the night. Weddings, parties, winery afternoons and fundraisers around Mansfield and beyond. Ask for a song early enough and it'll be ready on the day.

Watch

On the day

Marty needs a patch of floor about 2.5 metres square, level, with a power point somewhere near it. That's the lot indoors. Outside, add shade and cover, because the gear and the weather don't get along and a level spot matters more when there's grass involved. Have a look at where you want him standing before the day and check there's a socket in reach.
