About

Liliya Butonova is a singer for hire in Brisbane, QLD.

Smooth, rich vocals, and a Brisbane rhythm section of experienced players behind them. Liliya Butonova sings weddings, corporate gigs, big functions and small gatherings, as a solo, a duo, a trio or a full band depending on the room. The songbook is broad and current: As It Was, Birds of a Feather, Anti-Hero, Ain't No Mountain High Enough, Blinding Lights, 9 to 5, Before He Cheats, and plenty more across pop, soul and R&B. She'll also take the microphone for MC duties at a function. Setup takes half an hour to an hour before doors, so factor that into the run sheet.

The show

Smooth, rich vocals, and experienced Brisbane musicians alongside her. Liliya has sung at weddings, corporate nights, big functions and quiet gatherings, and she reads which one she's in. Her range covers older guests and younger ones without lurching between them. She's easy to work with too, which matters more than people think when a run sheet starts slipping.

On the day

Between half an hour and an hour at the venue before the start, to get equipment in and set up. Build that into your run sheet rather than the doors time, especially if the room is being flipped after a ceremony. Otherwise nothing unusual.

Performance options

Wedding day bookings, birthday functions, and functions of any size. For the larger ones she can take a microphone and handle MC duties as well, which saves finding someone else to hold the night together. She works solo, as a duo, a trio or a full band, so the line-up is matched to the room.
