About
Liam ORiordan is a singer for hire in Redland Bay, QLD.
Ballads one minute, something you can dance to the next. Liam ORiordan works out of Redland Bay with a songbook that wanders across sixties and seventies rock, eighties and nineties pop, and a solid run of country. The list runs from Bad Moon Rising and Baker Street through Brown Eyed Girl, Better Be Home Soon and a couple of Richard Clapton tunes, so there's usually something in there for whoever's in the room. Requests are welcome, and he takes them happily rather than grudgingly. PA and lighting can come with him if your venue doesn't have its own. It's a straightforward acoustic set from someone who's clearly been doing it a while.
The show
A wide songbook and no fixed lane. Liam ORiordan pulls from sixties and seventies rock, eighties and nineties pop and a decent run of country, which means the set suits most occasions without being rebuilt from scratch each time. Ballads sit alongside things people will get up for. He takes requests happily, so if there is a tune the room will want, it can go in.
