About
Lewis McKee is a singer for hire in Brisbane, QLD.
Lewis McKee comes from Rockhampton, the beef capital, and he sings and plays for himself. Acoustic country rock, traditional country, pop rock and cowboy-western folk are the core, and he handles classic standards, contemporary hits and his own material with the same honest delivery. He's also known for countrified versions of R&B and rap classics, which land better than they have any right to. Brisbane based now. Suits a venue, a festival or an event that wants one performer who can hold a crowd on storytelling alone.
