About
Joshua Batten is a singer for hire in St Kilda, VIC.
Joshua Batten is a roots rocker based in Melbourne, and connecting with an audience is the thing he does best. The vocals are passionate, the guitar playing is accomplished, and the arrangements have more layers to them than a solo roots set usually carries. His lyrics come out of his own life and turn inward, though they're offered as things most people will recognise rather than as anything private. Based in St Kilda. Genuine is the word for it.
