About
Jeff Pattison is a singer for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
A singer and guitarist working the Melbourne rooms with acoustic and electric rock, country and pop covers, backed by quality tracks. The list is long and heavy on songs a crowd will sing back: April Sun in Cuba, Boys Light Up, Better Be Home Soon, American Pie, Brown Eyed Girl, Comfortably Numb, plus a run of Elvis and Dragon. There's a bit of humour in the delivery too, which matters more than people expect in a morning melodies or club room. Can also work as a duo with a second male singer and guitarist, with DJ break music between sets. Needs roughly 2.5 by 1.5 metres, safe and out of the weather. Public liability insurance is held.
Watch
The show
A polished set from someone who's been doing this a while, with a bit of humour in the delivery. That last part sounds minor and isn't. In a club room or a morning melodies session, the talk between songs is half of what people take home.
On the day
About 2.5 metres by 1.5 is enough space, and it needs to be safe and out of the weather. Gear and rain are a bad combination, and so is a performance area people are walking through.
Performance options
Available as a duo as well, with a second male singer and guitarist joining, and DJ music covering the breaks between sets.
Insurance and paperwork
Public liability insured
