About
Jade Kenji is a singer for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Jade Kenji is a Vietnamese-Australian artist from Sydney's south west, singing and writing as the lead of her music collective QOSMEA. New Jack Swing sits at one end of her influences and Nujabes at the other, which lands the sound somewhere quietly smooth with a feisty, playful edge running under it. That's an unusual combination and it makes her set apart from most hip hop bookings. Worth a look for an event that wants something with genuine character.
