About
Huddy Faulkner is a singer for hire in Gold Coast, QLD.
Eight years of live performance behind him and a Gold Coast base, Huddy Faulkner plays weddings, private events and venues including casinos, surf clubs, taverns and restaurants. He's just back from three months in Greece performing every night as a singer and guitarist, which is the kind of run that sharpens a set fast. The music sits across pop, country, indie and R&B, with looping in the mix, and the mood he goes for is relaxed rather than showy. All gear comes with him. Give him a power point and he'll set up almost anywhere, indoors or out. Wedding packages are available on request.
The show
Relaxed is the word Huddy Faulkner uses, and it's accurate. This isn't a set that demands your guests' attention. It sits under the room, warms it up, and holds a nice atmosphere whether there are thirty people there or three hundred. He'll bend the plan around what your event needs on the day rather than running the same show he ran last week.
On the day
One power point and Huddy Faulkner is sorted. Everything else comes with him, and he'll set up almost anywhere, indoors or out on a lawn. Worth knowing for outdoor bookings: wind carries the sound around and can thin it out, so a spot with a bit of shelter behind him does the music a favour. Beyond that, there aren't many places he can't work.
