She works as a solo for a church ceremony, or as a duo for a private or corporate function, so the same voice can cover different parts of the same day.
On the day
Allow up to two hours before the performance for setup, and make sure there's enough room at the spot they're playing to get everything in place properly. Two hours is the outside figure rather than the usual one, but it's the number to build your run sheet around so nobody is still plugging things in as guests walk through the door.
