About
The Zips is a show band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Costumes and comic impersonations turn The Zips' band performance into a stage show. The Sydney group sends up entertainers including Cher, Tina Turner and the Village People, with dance routines also part of the comedy. Earlier in an evening, the band can play jazz standards and easy listening music before moving into the featured show. Corporate functions, balls and awards nights are among its event settings, combining dinner music with a theatrical party performance.
