About
The Tamborine Band is a roving entertainer for hire in Indooroopilly, QLD.
The Tamborine Band is a roving mask-theatre act with a deliberately wayward approach to music. Its costumed characters take their playing seriously, even when they aren't quite in tune with one another. That mismatch drives the comedy as they move among guests. Based in Indooroopilly, the act is designed for festivals and public celebrations, with opportunities for people to stop for photographs. The performers use their characters and musical mishaps to draw an audience into the joke.
