The show
Lara turns up prepared. Custom requests get learned properly before the day, which is the part that separates a rehearsed set from a guess, and the playing stays composed rather than showy. But she's not locked to a sheet either. If somebody calls out a song mid-event, she'll have a go at it there and then. So you get both halves: the pieces that matter to you played the way you wanted them, and the flexibility to follow the room once it's going.
On the day
Lara arrives with the lot, digital keyboard and speakers included, which means most venues need to do nothing at all. Outdoor spots are the exception worth flagging early. If there's no powerpoint anywhere near where she's playing, say so when you enquire and she'll bring a generator along instead. That's the only detail that really changes the plan.
