About
One + One is a solo pianist and singer for hire in Tweed Heads, NSW.
Adam sings, Rusty plays piano and guitar behind him, and that's the whole act. Two people, no fuss. The songs pull from INXS, Pearl Jam, Elvis, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Robbie Williams and the Beatles, plus a good pile of other covers from the same shelf. It's a versatile setup for a duo, because the piano lets them go softer than a guitar act can, and Adam's voice handles the rock end. They bring an electric piano, a couple of amps, a mic and stand, and the leads. Tweed Heads based.
On the day
Everything the sound needs arrives in the car with them. An electric piano for Rusty, a pair of amps, one microphone on its stand, and the cords and leads to tie it all together. So what you supply is the space and the power to run it. Two people and their gear do not take up much of a room, which makes this an easy act to fit into a corner of a function space or a small stage. Tell them what the room is like when you enquire and they will pack accordingly.
