Simon is a musical soloist for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Guitar is Simon's first love, but he also plays harmonica, mandolin, bass, keys and drums, and the influences he names tell you where the music sits: Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Townes Van Zandt, Tracy Chapman, Neil Young. So expect a Melbourne acoustic set that moves between folk, blues, country and pop rather than staying in one lane. Play your favourites or hand over a wish list and he'll build the song list around it. Weddings, engagement parties, birthdays and other private events are the usual bookings.

Simon entertained the whole club once the football had finished and his music and voice were once again great. The dancefloor was rocking and it made for a great event!

Please pass on our thanks to Simon.
He was wonderful and added such a great touch to our intimate wedding.
He did have to compete with such a perfect day outside but Garry made everyone come back inside to listen as Simon performed beautifully.
Your site was great to use. People were asking about it. I'll definitely be referring people to it.
Thank you for helping to organise this.

Simon was terrific to deal with in the lead up and on the day for my 40th birthday celebration. I requested that Simon learn a few song’s that were not on his play list. He was able to accommodate my request. On the day of the celebration Simon was on time and played a variety of songs which I had requested. We received a lot of positive feedback from our guests. Simon was a true professional and most importantly my guests and I enjoyed the music! Thank you Simon

Simon played at a recent corporate event for our client and was a huge hit. His sound was perfect for our cocktail event and his use of different instruments and styles kept our guests entertained for hours. Best of all Simon was a pleasure to deal with

I have always found Simon to be a highly motivated individual of numerous musical talents. He is fun-loving, likeable, enthusiastic and always a hit with the customers that join our cruises. I highly recommend Simon. He is a highly talented performer and would make a great asset to any musical event.
