No backing tracks, no drum machines. Brett plays Brisbane rooms with a guitar and a voice, and that's the point of him. He's got more than 17 years behind him as a singer and songwriter, with countless nights in well known venues around the city. His covers and originals lean on Crowded House, City and Colour, Bernard Fanning and Sufjan Stevens, though he'll pull the volume up towards Queens of the Stone Age or Pearl Jam if the night wants it.
