About
You & Me is a musical duo for hire in Perth, WA.
You & Me is Jarrod on guitar and Alma on guitar and vocals, a Perth acoustic duo that's played pubs, restaurants, corporate events, weddings and private parties. They'll pitch the set wherever you want it, chilled background music through to songs that get people up and singing along. Requests are welcome, and they're genuinely willing to learn something new for your event. Expect Dance Monkey, Khe Sanh, Zombie, Never Tear Us Apart, Jolene, Come On Eileen and Castle On the Hill somewhere in the night. They bring their own PA and music gear, so all they need from the venue is a power point.
The show
Jarrod plays guitar, Alma plays guitar and sings, and between them they'll take the night wherever you want it to go. Laid back background music through dinner, or something that gets people up and singing. That's your call, not theirs. Requests are genuinely welcome. If a song can be found, they'll have a crack at it, which means the songs that actually matter to you can end up in the set. Crowd participation gets encouraged rather than tolerated.
On the day
The PA and all the music gear is theirs and it's good quality, so nothing needs hiring in. Access to a power point is the only thing they'll ask you for.
