Diane and Bruce have run Venus 2 as a full time working duo for more than 13 years, making their entire living from music after years in rock bands around New South Wales. Electric guitar and voice, with the bass, drums and orchestra parts coming from a little box on stage that they cheerfully admit does the heavy lifting. Based in the Parramatta area and working across the state. The set blends retro classics that everybody knows with their own originals, some of which have charted well online. Diane's vocal range carries the songs and Bruce fills in the licks people remember. Expect some banter with the crowd along the way.
