Amanda and Chris are The Corduroys, a Melbourne acoustic duo whose taste wanders between American, British and Australian songwriting, picking up material from the 70s onwards. Their list runs from Matchbox 20 and The Proclaimers to Tracy Chapman, Joni Mitchell, The Angels, INXS, Oasis and Taylor Swift. Sets get tailored on the night, so it can stay laid back through dinner and then turn into dancing. They bring everything they need for the room, smoke machine included if that's your thing.

Amanda and Chris play with real energy, and they read the room as they go, so the set list bends over the course of the night. It can sit back and stay easy through dinner, then turn towards dance music later. Amanda's voice carries the songs and Chris's harmonies lift them further. Guitar work runs through looping pedals, which is included as standard rather than charged as an extra.
