About
Scotch N Soul is a musical duo for hire in Campbelltown, NSW.
Cristian plays solo acoustic, running through the songs most people in the room already know. The list stretches from the 60s and 70s forward: Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles, the Rolling Stones, INXS, Cold Chisel, Adele, Coldplay and Chris Stapleton, with requests welcome. Good instruments and good sound gear, which shows. Before a booking there's a conversation about what you want the night to sound like, and the set gets built around that. He arrives early to set up and sound check, and leaves the space tidy on the way out. Gear covers both powered and unpowered sites. Based in Campbelltown, NSW. Four weeks notice is ideal for weekends.

The show
Flexible is the operating principle here, and it starts with a conversation. Once you're talking, the song list gets built around what you actually want the night to sound like rather than handed to you finished. On the day he arrives well ahead of time to set up, check the equipment and sound it properly, so nothing is being fiddled with while your first guests are walking in. And when the last song is done the performance area gets left clean and tidy, which venue managers notice even when nobody else does.
On the day
Gear covers both powered and unpowered sites, so a venue with a house rig and a paddock with nothing at all are equally workable. That takes the generator question off your list for outdoor bookings. Worth mentioning which situation you're in when you enquire so the right kit is loaded.
Performance options
The most popular booking is the two hour acoustic solo set. A three hour version covers a longer evening where you want music running across dinner and afterwards. Pub sets are usually built around three hours. Beyond that, wedding bookings get put together specifically for your day, and corporate functions the same way. Say what your run sheet looks like and the right length gets worked out from there.
