Ryan Conrad is a musical duo for hire in Shellharbour, NSW.
Lorrie sings, Nick plays guitar, and between them they've spent a long time in pubs, clubs and party rooms across the Illawarra. The song list runs to about four hundred, drawn from the fifties to now: Sweet Home Alabama, Mustang Sally, Proud Mary, Money For Nothing, Summer of '69, My Sharona, Folsom Prison Blues, Margaritaville. Easy listening, country, rock'n'roll, pub rock and ballads all get a turn, and there's an Elvis routine with the full wig and outfit when the theme calls for it. Everything comes with them, PA, lights and the rest. Based in Shellharbour, New South Wales.
The show
Classic rock, pub rock, Aussie rock, eighties and nineties material, pop and top 40, played by two people who have spent years in Illawarra pubs and clubs. Lorrie sings, Nick plays guitar. There is an Elvis routine with the wig and the outfit if your night has a theme that wants it, and the set list can be shaped around the crowd in front of them.
On the day
Everything is provided. PA, lights and the rest of the equipment all travel with the duo, so the venue supplies the space and the power and that is the end of the list. No hire company to book, no gear to chase up on the day. Say what the performance area looks like when you enquire so they know what they are walking into.
