About
Jarrad Wilson is a musical duo for hire in Perth, WA.
Smooth, sultry, and pitched somewhere near H.E.R., Daniel Caesar and John Legend. Jarrad Wilson sings and plays guitar, and he's a songwriter, producer and recording artist as well, which tends to show in how the arrangements are put together rather than just played. Book the solo and that's what you get. Book the duo and Will joins on keys and piano, having performed at festivals and venues around the world. Pop, R&B and older classics make up most of it. Every setlist is built around the venue and what the client actually wants, so nothing is off the shelf. Perth based. They need power on site, parking to load in, and cover overhead if you're outdoors.
The show
Smooth and a bit sultry, pitched somewhere around H.E.R., Daniel Caesar and John Legend. Pop, R and B and older classics make up most of a set. Jarrad sings and plays guitar, and he writes, produces and records his own material, which tends to show up in how the arrangements are put together rather than in anything he says about it. Book the duo and Will comes along on keys and piano, having played festivals and venues around the world. It's the fuller sound of the two, and worth it if the room is large or you want more underneath the vocals.
On the day
Power on site, and parking or a loading bay close enough to get gear in and out without a long carry. If you're outdoors, the whole setup needs proper cover, not just the players. Rain and electrics don't mix, and neither does a keyboard in direct sun.
Performance options
Two ways to book this: Jarrad on his own, or the duo with Will on keys. When you send the enquiry, it helps to say which of the two you want, whether the event is at a venue or a private home, how many hours of music you're after and roughly how many guests are coming. That's enough for a straight answer to come back.
