About
India & Nath is a musical duo for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Indi sings raw, and the tone carries. Nath handles guitar underneath it, with beatboxing and dual foot percussion filling in the parts a two-piece usually goes without, so it lands closer to a band than a duo. That mix does the job across pop, 80s and 90s material and covers, and it pulls very different crowds onto the floor. Melbourne based, and they play weddings, parties and functions. PA comes with every booking, so there's nothing for you to source. Public liability is in place.

The show
Indi's voice does the heavy lifting, and it's a raw tone rather than a polished one, which is why it carries in a room. Nath plays guitar underneath with a rhythmic edge, and adds beatboxing and foot percussion on both sides, so the low end and the groove are covered by a two-piece. The result is closer to a small band than an acoustic act. Very mixed crowds tend to end up dancing to it, which is the honest test of a duo at a function.
