Claire & Cam is a musical duo for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Guitar, vocals, percussion and a stomp box. That's a lot of noise for two people, and Claire and Cam use it on everything from easy background listening to full sing along covers that pull a room onto the floor. All Night Long, Dancing In The Moonlight, Brown Eyed Girl, April Sun In Cuba, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Don't Start Now. You can hand pick songs from the list or just describe the mood and let them build the sets. Cam DJs as well, so the night can keep moving after the live sets end, and Spotify mixes fill the breaks either way. They bring their own PA and lighting, and you're welcome to use the mic for speeches. They need an hour before guests arrive to set up and sound check, plus power and parking.

The show
Guitar, vocals, percussion and a stomp box between two people, which is more sound than you'd expect. The specialty is sing along covers, and the range runs from quiet background music while people are eating right through to the songs that fill a dance floor. You can pick particular tracks off their list, or just describe the feel you want and let them build the sets. Breaks are covered with recorded mixes, so there's no awkward silence while they're off getting a drink.
On the day
An hour at the venue before guests arrive, for set up and a sound check. Power for the PA. Parking somewhere sensible, since the gear has to come out of a car. And it helps to flag anything unusual in advance: a side street load in, no parking nearby, or a venue that insists on tag and tested leads. None of it is a problem if they know beforehand.
Performance options
Most bookings include a chat before the day to plan it out, the PA and lighting, and as many sets as you need, spread across the evening so speeches and formalities fit between them. The PA is yours for speeches and MC duties too. Add song requests, your choice of tracks off their list, and background music between sets. For weddings they'll learn your entrance song, first dance and the song you leave to. Travel, set up and sound check are all part of it.
