About

Cassie Crawford is a musical duo for hire in Melbourne, VIC.

Cassie and Vinny cover the whole arc of a wedding day between them: ceremony songs as you walk down the aisle, relaxed acoustic sets through dinner, then a DJ duo show with live vocals and electric guitar solos once the dance floor opens. Cassie carries the soulful lead vocals; Vinny adds harmonies and guitar. The songbook leans on well loved names, from All of Me and A Thousand Years through to Kylie, Coldplay and April Sun in Cuba. They bring a quality sound system to every event and both hold public liability cover. Melbourne based, and just as comfortable at parties and functions as at weddings.

Watch

The show

Two voices, one male and one female, working across a wide spread of songs. Cassie and Vinny watch the room and shift with it, so the early part of your event can stay relaxed and acoustic, then lift into something with more push once people are ready to dance. That change of gear is the whole point of booking a pair like this. They will also learn a song for you when it matters, which is worth raising early rather than on the day.

On the day

You don't need to sort out audio. Cassie and Vinny bring a good quality sound system with them to every booking, so the ceremony, the dinner sets and the dance floor all run through gear they know and have set up hundreds of times.
