About
Lucy Bloom is a motivational speaker for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Lucy Bloom works the ground between stand-up and the conference stage, and she works it fast. No slides, no notes, no lectern. She's got real business experience behind the jokes, which is what stops the whole thing from being just an entertaining hour, and every speech is written for the room it's going into. Doing Business Differently is the one she's asked for most. She also speaks on AI and what's coming, on innovation, and on leading people through change, and she'll take on master of ceremonies duties for a full day. A headset mic is her preference, though she'll work with whatever AV the venue has.

The show
Lucy Bloom works without slides, without notes and without a lectern, and she's closer to stand-up than to most conference speakers. But the jokes sit on top of actual business experience, which is what stops the hour being merely entertaining. Each speech gets written for the room it's going into rather than pulled out of a drawer. Doing Business Differently is the talk she's booked for most often, and she also covers AI and what's coming, innovation, and leading people through change.
On the day
No slides, no lectern, nothing to plug in. Lucy prefers a headset microphone so she can move around the stage, but she'll work with whatever AV the venue already has rather than send you a list.
Performance options
The keynote is the core booking, written for the room it is going into. The bigger option keeps Lucy on her feet after it, running the rest of the day as master of ceremonies, which suits a conference that wants one voice holding the whole program together. She also works with not-for-profit organisations, so mention it if that is you. Ask her directly about what each option includes.
