Eric McAlister

Eric speaks about reading what people are thinking and feeling without knowing them first, and about the ten years he spent as a professional athlete travelling the world before his playing career stopped in its fourth season. Doctors disagreed with each other on the reason. He chose not to accept the verdict any of them handed him. Out of that came work on how he thought, what he felt and why, and a set of tools built from widely accepted principles rather than a blanket approach. He's since worked with athletes and organisations including the NBA, the PGA and Olympians, on performance, on the impact one person has on a group, and on staying upright before the wall arrives.
