About
Anni Finsterer is a motivational speaker for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Resilience is Anni Finsterer's subject, and she's earned it the hard way. An actor and author, she wrote Radical Rock and Roll Resilience about the challenges life threw at her, and her keynotes work through what she calls the resilience pillars: reset, reframe and grow. Audiences leave with practical strategies rather than slogans, including ways to spot limiting beliefs and the self talk that props them up. She's fun and direct on stage, which keeps heavy topics from feeling heavy. All she needs is PowerPoint, and even that's optional.
The show
It's a serious subject delivered with a light touch, which is what stops it landing as a lecture. Anni's aim is that people walk out with things they can actually use: a sharper read on their own self awareness, the nerve to name the beliefs that are holding them back, and an ear for the internal commentary that keeps those beliefs alive and shapes how they deal with everyone around them. Inspiration and fun, in her words. Both are the point.
