About
Matthew Flinders is a mime for hire in Perth, WA.
Matthew Flinders creates silent comedy through physical movement, props and spontaneous encounters with the audience. Based in Perth, the clown character builds each performance around the people and surroundings he finds, using a quick visual response to turn everyday moments into comic scenes. A large yellow comb is among his signature props. His performance history includes work internationally, with praise recorded from Rottnest Island's promotions team and Arts SA. Audience interaction sits at the centre of this improvised, largely wordless entertainment.
