About
Paul Whelan is a marriage celebrant for hire in Tara, QLD.
A marriage celebrant based in Tara, working across the Western Downs and the country around it. That's a big patch of Queensland with not many celebrants in it, so if you're getting married out that way, Paul Whelan is genuinely local rather than driving four hours and charging you for the trip.
