About
Jordy Doust is a magician for hire in Sandover, NT.
Jordy Doust performs close-up and roving magic for corporate events, weddings and private parties, and has worked for organisations including Red Bull, Woolworths, Fujitsu, Salsa's and Boost Juice. The show is interactive. Audience members end up performing some of the magic themselves, then it moves into tricks, illusions and comedy. Because the set is flexible rather than fixed, there's not much to organise on your end, and it shapes around the room. Bookings run through a written estimate first, then an invoice and performance agreement. Insured.
The show
Jordy performs close-up and roving magic for the time you've booked, working the room with the style of show you've chosen. It's interactive rather than staged at a distance, so guests end up holding things, choosing things and occasionally performing the trick themselves. Because the set flexes to the room rather than running to a fixed script, there's very little you need to arrange around it. He performs, then he's away, and the night carries on.
On the day
The performance bends to fit the room, so there's very little for you to arrange in advance. Jordy works out what suits your space once he knows what the event looks like.
