About
James Sleight is a magician for hire in Perth, WA.
Three times Australian National Magic Champion, with several national awards for close up magic and comedy on top. James Sleight works the higher end of Western Australian functions and corporate events, and he has a reputation internationally for reading a room quickly and adjusting the show to it. Ray Martin called him one of Australia's top magicians on The Midday Show. The close up work is the striking part. Effects happen inches away, sometimes in your own hands, and you still have no idea what just happened. His suggestion, and it is a good one, is roving magic earlier in the night so guests meet him first, then the stage show later. He can also be booked by the hour for table hopping. Weddings, corporate events and private functions all fit.

The event was fantastic and James’ performance was a huge hit with both children and adults. I understand there was a delay in his commencement time and I thank him for his understanding and patience. We will certainly be using him again.
