Roving needs nothing more than a small table or chair for props, which fit inside a suitcase; a stage set makes use of the venue AV. MC work is also available. The show
The first half hour of a function is the awkward part, and that's the exact problem Erbz is there for. He works his way around your guests with close-up card magic, and a table of strangers stops behaving like strangers within about a minute of him arriving. People end up laughing, baffled and talking to each other, which is the whole point. Corporate rooms are where it does the most work.
On the day
Roving needs almost nothing. A small table or a spare chair to rest props on will do, and the props themselves fit in a suitcase, so there's no rig to find room for. Booking the stage version instead? Then he'll want access to the venue's AV setup, so check what your room already has before the day.
