About
Cameron is a magician for hire in Perth, WA.
Cameron's magic has turned up at just about every kind of Perth gathering there is: hens' nights, first birthdays, 80ths, weddings, park openings, charity events. The core of the act is close-up magic performed while roving through a crowd, with everything needed carried in. There's a children's show too, where the only setup is somewhere for the kids to sit, plus balloon twisting, comedy and MC duties when a wedding needs someone to keep the day on track. He holds a Working with Children Check and public liability cover. And he juggles. Literally.

The show
Hens' nights, first birthdays, 80ths, weddings, charity nights, even a park opening. Cameron's magic has been dropped into most kinds of gathering Perth throws, and the act adapts accordingly. Adults get close-up magic performed while he roves through the crowd. Kids get a show pitched at them. Either way it's built to be watched from a metre away, which is where magic is at its best and hardest.
On the day
Barely anything. For roaming magic Cameron carries in everything he uses, so there's nothing for you to set up or plug in. A children's show is almost as easy: all it needs is an area where the kids can sit together and see him. No stage, no sound check. Worth keeping the sitting area away from a doorway though, so passing traffic isn't pulling attention.
Performance options
Roaming magic is the mainstay, working through guests at corporate events and weddings. There's a stage show version too, in a children's format and a corporate one, for when you want everyone watching the same thing at once. Kids' parties are covered, and balloon twisting can come along with it. Cameron also does comedy and MC duties, which is worth knowing if your wedding needs somebody keeping the day moving.
