About
Tactical Response Group Lessons from Chaos is a keynote speaker for hire in Perth, WA.
Fifteen years leading the WA Police Tactical Response Group is an unusual line on a speaker's CV. He ran high-risk operations, worked deep undercover, took part in the arrest of the Claremont Serial Killer, and provided close personal protection for US presidents and members of the British royal family. He's also held a Guinness World Record for an extreme physical challenge. The talks aren't war stories for their own sake. They use real operations, with photos and short video, to get at how teams decide and lead when it goes wrong. There's a longer option too, a How to Rescue a Hostage workshop that puts the same principles into a group exercise. A screen is preferred but not essential.
Watch
The show
Before the day he wants to understand your people, whatever the group or organisation is, so the material lands where it should. The stories are intense and often funny, but the point of them is what the room does afterwards. The keynote uses photographs and short video from real high-risk operations. If you want more than a talk, there's the keynote plus the How to Rescue a Hostage team workshop, where Tactical Response Group principles get put to work by the audience instead of just described to them.
On the day
A screen for the photographs from actual TRG operations makes the talk stronger, though he can work without one if your room hasn't got the gear.
