About
Sugira Rubasha is a keynote speaker for hire in Kogarah, NSW.
Sugira Rubasha founded ETS Rubasha Media and now works with founders, executives and organisations on turning what they do into a story people actually remember. That is also the substance of his keynote work: personal branding, the practical craft of storytelling, and how leaders build authority without shouting. Sessions run interactive and lean towards takeaways rather than theory. He speaks on entrepreneurship, marketing and social media alongside the leadership material, so he suits conferences, industry events and internal leadership days. Based in Kogarah in Sydney's south. Needs a well-lit stage with room to move and seating arranged so the room can see each other.
Watch
The show
Sugira works through personal branding, storytelling and social media, and the session is built for people to take something home rather than nod along. The branding part is about positioning yourself as the person your industry trusts. The storytelling part is craft: how to tell your own story so it connects instead of just informing. And the social media part is specific technique for getting your voice further than it currently goes. It runs interactive, so expect the room to be doing some of the work.
On the day
A stage that's lit well and big enough to move around on, visible from every seat in the room. Seating matters more here than at most talks: arrange it so people can catch each other's eye rather than staring at the back of a head, because the session leans on the room interacting.
Performance options
Three shapes. The keynote runs 45 minutes on personal branding, social media and entrepreneurial growth, with a 15 minute Q&A and digital slides and takeaways sent through afterwards. The workshop stretches to 90 minutes, goes deeper into storytelling and strategy, adds hands-on exercises with feedback in the room and a 30 minute Q&A, and comes with printed handouts and worksheets. The full day option runs six hours across workshops, breakout sessions and one-on-one coaching, with a complete workbook, on-site support and a follow-up coaching session. All three include a consultation beforehand so the content matches your audience.
