About
Norliza Pavlakos is a keynote speaker for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
Norliza Pavlakos wrote Conviction, founded the global mental health directory My Mind Hub, and built businesses that included Australia's first Miss India International Beauty Pageant, which drew 4,000 people, and a five-location tailoring company serving the Australian Open and Marriott Hotels. She's spoken on five continents, Fortune 500 companies among her audiences, and holds a Golden Gavel Award. Her keynotes are about crisis, decision making and resilience: leading without resources, deciding without certainty, and keeping on when the plan collapses. Storytelling first, then frameworks people can actually use. She presents in person or virtually.

The show
Norliza's keynotes go past the usual motivational hit. They change how an audience thinks about crisis, about making decisions and about resilience, and she builds that out of storytelling first and frameworks second. The through line is leading when you have no resources, deciding when you have no certainty, and rebuilding after everything's come apart. It works in a room or over video, and people should leave with something they can act on that week.
Performance options
Her signature keynote is The Power of Nothing, on turning being underestimated into an advantage. It draws on her own record of starting five businesses from no capital, leading teams under pressure and going on to global recognition as a Golden Gavel honoree, and it hands the audience the mindset and everyday practices to push forward when nobody expects much of them. It's built for rooms that have been overlooked: women's leadership conferences and International Women's Day programs, corporate employee resource groups, diversity and belonging initiatives, resilience programs, early career and next generation leadership tracks, and small business audiences.
