About
Jane Wundersitz is a keynote speaker for hire in Adelaide, SA.
Microsoft called her an awesome presenter who can lift a room, and lifting rooms is the job. Jane Wundersitz works as a keynote speaker, conference workshop presenter, compere, panellist and facilitator, with a topic list covering emotional intelligence, resilience, psychological safety, hybrid team leadership, the science of influence, customer centricity and the dyslexic difference. Sessions are built on current research rather than anecdotes, and they're designed to send people back to their teams with something they can actually use. Keynotes run 45 or 60 minutes; interactive workshops go 90 minutes, two hours or three, for groups from 15 up past 1,000. She's an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership graduate with a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, and she's certified through Penn and Case Western programs. Venues so far run from Sydney's Luna Park and the MCG to Karratha Community Centre and Alice Springs. Adelaide based, delivering anywhere in Australia, virtually as well.

The show
Sessions are built to leave people with something they can use on Monday, not just a good hour on Friday. Jane brings current research and practical strategy rather than war stories, so the takeaways are specific enough to act on. Part of the work is personal: people come away understanding themselves a bit better and how that plays out in a team. And her style pulls a room together, which matters at a conference where half the audience has never met. Groups tend to want more of it afterwards, which is a decent measure of whether an hour landed.
On the day
A headset is the preference, though a handheld microphone works. PowerPoint for the visuals, so a projector or screen and someone who knows the AV rig. Beyond that she's used to working in whatever the room offers, from big city convention centres through to regional community halls, and she'll travel anywhere in the country for a booking.
Performance options
Keynotes work for any size of room, from a group of fifteen up past a thousand. Conference workshops are the smaller end, fifteen to around 250 people seated at tables with workbooks or handouts to work through. There are leadership programs pitched at different levels: aspiring leaders, top talent, senior leaders and executive teams. Strategic team building, whole-of-staff days, national rollouts and international work are all on the list. Virtual keynotes run at any size too.
